Truly a great film! this movie is filmed backward in sequence, you get the final scene first and the first scene last. This is a little hard to follow at first but once you get into it, you become more and more amazed. The more you watch the film, the humor is easier to see. This movie is inspiring and wonderful to watch. I get lost in the plot and lose focus on the effects of the film and the quality, which I believe is a huge accomplishment for any film! Kudos!
I remember when this first came out, I saw it at the Little and was so mesmerized I think I went back and saw it again the next night. I found myself disoriented in a similar way to the main character with his disability. Now this sort of technique has become a gimmick. I'm afraid director Chris Nolan has gotten a bit too commercial as well, but his early work is really interesting. Check out "Following" if you haven't already.
